Engineered Site Products is a Canadian enterprise that has been collaborating with design and construction teams in Western Canada since 1983 providing full support for division 7 construction detailing and design assistance. Our primary focus’ are new Institutional, Commercial & Mixed-use projects along with a strong passion for Tunnel work.
Who is CETCO?
CETCO, a division of Minerals Technologies Inc, is a resource and technology-based company that develops, produces and markets a broad range of specialty mineral, mineral-based and synthetic mineral products. CETCO is the originator of bentonite waterproofing systems and active waterstops. They manufacture a complete line of quality waterproofing membranes, waterstops, and drainage composites as well as a complete line of installation accessories - everything you need from the bottom of the excavation all the way up to your green roof.

Philippe Henry PhD
Philippe joined ESP in 2015 and brought with him his strong focus on education and communication. His steadfast approach to life and business are guiding principles for the company. He prides himself in leading a team that provides the highest level of service and solutions to their customers and associates.
Jim Arnall CET
Jim Arnall is ESP’s founder and Senior Technical Consultant. Jim has worked with CETCO exclusively for over 40 years, completing over 280 major commercial projects in Western Canada with ESP. Some of his favourite projects to develop are tunnels, having completed over 20.
Alison Henry BSc, CTR
Alison began her career with ESP in 2013 and completed her CTR training in 2015. Her timeless passion for high quality material and natural products found strong alignment with the ethos of Minerals Technologies Inc. and the CETCO building material group.
